Lara panted as she ran. She stopped to catch her breath and looked behind her. Flashlights whirled searching for her and sirens blared from police cars. Suddenly she heard barking and her blood went cold, the dogs. She started running again but new she could last long. Her vision was starting to go and it was getting harder and harder for her to breath. She hit a root with her foot and went tumbling to the ground. She groaned holding her ankle that now was in fiery agony. Suddenly she heard a rustling in the bushes looked up in shock.
